Abstract: Population dynamics of white fly (Bemisia tabaci) on black gram (Vigna mungo L) crop was studied during July to October 2020, at experimental farm, Agricultural Research Station, Ummedganj, Kota (Rajasthan). The study revealed that the population of of white fly appeared during 1st week of July (31st SMW) with mean population (0.26 white fly/5 plant) and attained it’s peak population (12.53 white fly/5 plant) in the 1st week of September (36th SMW), infestation showed positive correlation with morning relative humidity (r = 0.26) and evening relative humidity (r = 0.60) and rainfall (r = 0.10), minimum temperature (r = 0.39). while negative correlation with maximum temperature (r = -0.48) while jassid initiation incidence (0.13 jassid/5 plant) population were started after 1st week of July (31rd SMW) and reached it’s peak population (4.8 jassid/5 plant) after 4th week of August (35th SMW), infestation showed positive correlation with morning relative humidity (r = 0.15) and evening relative humidity (r = 0.37) and rainfall (r = 0.45) along with minimum temperature (r = 0.46), while negative correlation with maximum temperature (r = -0.59).
